Sudbury Man Charged After Traffic Complaint
On Saturday February 10, 2018 at approximately 7:04 p.m., OPP were called to a traffic complaint on Highway 17 in Webbwood, Ontario.
Police located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.
After conducting the stop, officers determined that the driver had been consuming alcoholic beverages.
As a result of the investigation, Chad BOWERMAN, age 39, of Sudbury, Ontario, has been charged with:
-Failing or refusing to Provide a Breath Sample
-Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance
-Driving a Motor Vehicle with Unsealed Container of Liquor
-Permit use of Plate Not in Use
-No Muffler on the Motor Vehicle
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Provincial Court of Justice in Espanola, Ontario, on April 5, 2018.
