Charges have been laid after a man driving an ORV was pulled over.
East Algoma OPP were on patrol in Elliott Lake (June 9), when they saw the off road vehicle driving suspiciously, forcing officers to stop the driver on the trail.
After further investigation, 30 year-old Adrian LeCuyer, from Elliot Lake, was nabbed with failing to surrendur a license, Use plate unauthorized for vehicle, and Off Road Vehicle – no ORV permit.
He’ll be in court at a later date to answer to those charges.
